We are currently investigating an issue affecting the creation of BRL payins. Some customers may be experiencing failures when attempting to initiate a payin, receiving an error during the QR code generation step.
Our team identified the issue earlier today and is actively working to restore full functionality. The problem appears to be related to an upstream dependency in the PIX QR code generation flow, and we are coordinating to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide updates as our investigation progresses. Existing payins that were successfully created are not affected.
