The issue with Receiver Verification Webhooks not being triggered has been fixed. The root cause was a WAF (Web Application Firewall) rule that was blocking webhook requests from our KYC software after we enabled WAF across all BlindPay services as part of our SOC II compliance requirements. The fix was deployed yesterday and all webhooks are now functioning normally. We have also reviewed all affected customers and put measures in place to prevent this from happening again.
